With its open concept, the kitchen just next to the living area has everything you need to prepare meals after a day of fun. With beautifully painted cabinets, granite countertops, and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, this kitchen does not disappoint.
The beautifully-appointed master suite with luxurious furnishings offers a plush king size bed with a 40" Smart flat screen television and private bath with single vanity and shower. The second bedroom offers sleek décor with two beautiful twin over twin bunk beds and a 40" Smart flat screen television. The second full size bathroom is located off the second bedroom.

There is a 30 pound weight limit for pets. If the pet is over 30 pounds, a $500/day penalty charge will be applied to the card on file per the contract.

Highlights include but not limited too : A Bombardment of emails before during and after your stay , the PA golf cart wars , many angry truck drivers , unhelpful staff , unclean apt , covid19! Rip off cleaning tax , a general arrogance from supermarket and golf buggy staff not wearing masks or social distancing where possible . Mustn't forget the person on the beach with a sun burn on his neck attempting to lasso a seagull !

Great location! The cottage was as represented in the photos. The customer service and house keeping staff were very responsive and service was good. Restaurants and shops were in walking distance. We enjoyed dining at Virginia’s On the Bay, Tortuga’s and Trout Street Bar & Grill. We’ll be back.

been going to port a all my life, so always looking for cute new places to stay. loved these cottages. super cute and simple décor, very clean and great proximity to everything. cottage #7 was perfect location, right in front of pool. Traveled with 4 teen/tween girls and 3 adults, no complaints!

We love these precious cottages. The property is adorable and the cottages provide plenty of room for our family of 5 for the week. We enjoy being right in front of the pool and having our close family friends next door to us! This year the pool was not as clean as we would have liked it to be and that’s the only negative feedback we have. Overall a really great experience. Thank you!

This stay was amazing! I got there before my kids did so Clyde, one of the maintenance men carried my bags in for me. He was honestly one of the nicest guys I have ever met. I had an amazing experience!

i must say that these cottages are brand new with great decor but also with the bare minimums. upon arrival (which we had requested an early check in) the silver sands office was a zoo. they told me they would text me with code and we would more than likely get an early check in. well that did not happen. we went by the cottages and saw the housekeeper finish cleaning the condo around 1:30 and they still wouldn't let us check in til 4. i think this was bc they had called us the day before and asked us if we would swap cottages with unit 18 bc the renters wanted to stay an extra day anyway we did not want the second floor. we finally checked in. had major plumbing issues all weekend long. could not blow dry hair as the outlets kept tripping. just some kinks to work out from being new. the cottages have great decor...the bunk room perfect for kids...the king size mattress not very comfortable. cabinet in kitchen not on hinges properly. loved the ice machine outside. great pool and picnic area with lots of grills. outside trash cans needed to be emptied.
My family had a great time here. Internet access was great so we were able to work remotely during the week. We love coming in December when it is less busy and not too hot - the pool was heated and maintained well. The location worked great - close to everything. Unit 07 fit our needs perfectly. We would definitely come back here again.
